Our Facilities team plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping Vintage Cash Cow running smoothly. We’re a small, hands‑on group responsible for the cleanliness, functionality, and overall upkeep of our spaces—ensuring every area is safe, welcoming, and well‑maintained.

Working closely with teams across the business, we take pride in creating an environment where everyone can do their best work. Whether it’s maintaining spotless communal areas, supporting with kitchen duties, or handling day-to-day facilities tasks, we’re all about reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

As a Facilities Operative focused on cleaning and kitchen support, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations. You’ll take pride in keeping our work spaces and communal areas clean, organised and well‑presented, while also supporting with food preparation and kitchen duties. Your contribution ensures our environment is safe, hygienic, and a great place to work.

In your first few weeks you’ll get to know our cleaning routines, kitchen processes and health & safety standards. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues to learn our schedules and systems.

As you settle in, you’ll look for ways to make our facilities even better, helping to improve our cleaning routines, suggest smarter ways of working, and ensure our kitchen and communal spaces always meet high standards.
