Assistant General Manager – Six by Nico – Leeds 9 East Parade, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 2AJ

We are searching for an experienced Assistant General Manager who is enthusiastic and driven to help lead our team at Six by Nico.

The Assistant General Manager will take charge and guide the team forward, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience in a busy environment. You will be responsible for team development and work closely with the General Manager to smooth day‑to‑day operations in the restaurant.

• A natural leader with strong communication skills, able to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across departments.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Driven by a desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Strong decision‑making capabilities.
