- Term time position

- Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard and that HACCP regulations are adhered to where required.
- Prep the service counter and ensure it is ready for service.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service consistently to all patrons.
- Work as part of the team to deliver service on time and to the highest possible standard.
- Complete administration as requested, including recording food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashed up cash points and recording daily sales figures on the system.
- Handle purchasing, cash, banking and manage the weekly estimated trading account (ETA) in line with company policy.
- Report defective equipment, utensils, workstations and floor surfaces to the relevant Head Office department.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of all food outlets in accordance with company procedures.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.

- Basic statutory training will require basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and to communicate with customers on a day‑to‑day basis. Proficient computer literacy is also required.
