Food and Beverage Manager – Crowne Plaza Leeds
We are a leading hotel brand looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations and drive profitability for our outlet.
Responsibilities- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills; effective communication and service orientation.
- Implement and maintain control measures to keep Food & Beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs in line with budget.
- Plan and review budgets; forecast revenue and expenditure on a monthly basis.
- Carry out Duty Management shifts according to business needs.
- Analyse and submit month‑end reports, identifying deviations from business plan goals.
- Participate in management meetings to review progress and develop the annual business plan for the outlet.
- Plan, implement and measure profit enhancement programmes in partnership with kitchen and sales departments.
- Prepare and submit post‑mortem promotion report to General Manager upon completion of promotion.
- Daily management of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring highest service standards.
- Plan, organise and direct overall Food & Beverage operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the outlet.
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for Restaurant, Bar and Room service.
- Maintain constant liaison with Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager and Operations Manager.
- Work flexible hours and participate in a 7‑day, 365‑day schedule with varying shift patterns.
- 3–5 years experience in Food & Beverage management.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and Health & Safety procedures.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast and analyse financial results.
