, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of one of the area's favourite restaurant destinations. From leading and developing a talented team to ensuring exceptional service standards and identifying opportunities for growth, you'll play a pivotal role in the continued success of the business.

• Proven experience in a senior hospitality management role

• A hands-on approach with exceptional customer service standards
• Excellent communication, organisational and people management skills
