Village Hotel Club Leeds North is seeking an experienced F&B leader to drive the food and beverage strategy, leading two departments:
Pub & Grill and Meetings & Events. You will recruit, develop and mentor the F&B team, ensuring superb guest service and consistent brand standards.
You will own scheduling, stock control and event delivery, driving conversion and revenue while maintaining high service levels. A passion for hospitality and people development is essential.
