Valor Hospitality's Crowne Plaza Leeds is seeking a friendly Reservations and Events Agent to join the team. You will manage enquiries, take bookings and help maximise occupancy and revenue.
The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, upselling packages, and keeping the reception team informed about occupancy, no-shows and events. Flexible shift patterns available across seven days.
