We're looking for an enthusiastic
Food & Beverage Manager
to lead our restaurant and Conference & Banqueting operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid hospitality experience who's ready to make their mark, or for an ambitious supervisor or assistant manager looking to step into a bigger role with the right support.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Food & Beverage department, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service whether they’re joining us for breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea, a wedding, or a corporate event.

You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, maintain high standards, and work closely with the kitchen and other departments to deliver outstanding experiences every day.

• Has experience in restaurant and/or Conference & Banqueting operations.
• Enjoys leading, coaching and motivating a team.
• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Can juggle priorities with a smile (most of the time!).
• Is organised, proactive and commercially aware.
• Is keen to learn and grow if they're ready to take the next step in their career.
