We’re looking for a Senior Ecologist to join a growing consultancy team with a strong pipeline of work across infrastructure the natural environment. This is a great opportunity for someone confident in ecological assessment who’s excited by the idea of helping grow a team, influence direction, and work on meaningful projects.

What you’ll be involved in

Leading and contributing to a range of ecological assessments
Supporting project delivery and client relationships
Helping develop processes, capability, and people
Mentoring and supporting early-career ecologists
Working collaboratively across disciplines

About you

Background in ecology or a related environmental field
Consultancy (or similar) experience and confidence in ecological reporting
Good working knowledge of UK wildlife legislation
Experience with protected species work and ecological metrics
Comfortable taking ownership and supporting others
