We’re looking for a Senior Ecologist to join a growing consultancy team with a strong pipeline of work across infrastructure the natural environment. This is a great opportunity for someone confident in ecological assessment who’s excited by the idea of helping grow a team, influence direction, and work on meaningful projects.

• Leading and contributing to a range of ecological assessments
• Supporting project delivery and client relationships
• Helping develop processes, capability, and people
• Mentoring and supporting early-career ecologists
• Working collaboratively across disciplines

• Background in ecology or a related environmental field
• Consultancy (or similar) experience and confidence in ecological reporting
• Good working knowledge of UK wildlife legislation
• Experience with protected species work and ecological metrics
• Comfortable taking ownership and supporting others
