Cobalt Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Ecologist to join our environmental consultancy team. You will lead protected species surveys, manage projects from inception to delivery and mentor junior ecologists across highways, rail and development sectors.
You will undertake UKHab surveys, Biodiversity Net Gain assessments, ECoW duties and prepare EcIA, HRA and licence applications while engaging with clients and stakeholders.
