Maintenance Technician - Joiner

Maintenance Technician Joiner Widnes £32,923 (Increasing to £33,798 01 April 2026) Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week) Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician - Joiner to work across our vibrant organisation.

What Youll Do :
Undertake joinery repairs safely and to a high standard in properties within Halton Housings estate. Manage your van and stock Meet standards and targets for productivity and efficiency and to familiarise yourself with our performance dashboards Review and analyse your performance against targets set by your manager including customer satisfaction, productivity, right first time and access rates Recognise any issues you discover in customers homes in particular regard to safeguarding and the Habitation Act.

What Youll Need:
