Working from our premises in Poulton Le Fylde, you will be working for our established and valued customer base where you will be required, without exception, to uphold our strong dedication to customer satisfaction whilst building on our excellent reputation.
You’ll be working daily in new and exciting environments, primarily mobile, delivering reactive works, callouts and PPM. A significant portion of your work will also include on site new A/C and Heat Pump installations as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.

This role focuses on installation, servicing, maintenance, and breakdown support across a portfolio of contracts. Ideal candidates will have experience of working within industrial commercial properties and hold their F-Gas qualification and are required to undertake:

• Working Safely.
• Fault diagnosis on electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
• Planned and reactive maintenance.
• Work on commercial / industrial & domestic refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.
• Compressor changes, leak detection, and refrigerant recovery.
• Maintaining cold room temperature compliance.
• Organising timely delivery of parts and materials via our main office.
• Working Monday - Friday with a callout rota 1 in 4.
• Extensive driving.
• Accurate completion of paper & electronic job reports.

Heat Pump Solutions Air / Ground source.
Cold rooms and walk-in freezers.
Multideck and upright display refrigeration.
Pack systems.
Remote condenser units.
Split A/C systems.
VRV/VRF & HVRF Systems.
MVHR Systems.
AHU’s and general HVAC.

• Minimum 5 years past experience as a Refrigeration Engineer / Service / Installation Technician.
• NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air conditioning
• F - Gas Cat 1 (2079) certification.
• CSCS card holder in date.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Strong, autonomous fault finding and repairs, sound troubleshooting logic for small commercial.
• Pipe installation, bending, brazing, crimping.
• Working with F-Gas & Nitrogen – reclaiming, evacuation, recharging, charging, pressure testing.
• Ductwork installation.
• Comfortable with safe work at height.
• Will have experience of controls and integration.
• IT literate.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

• Unvented G3 certificate.
• Gas Safe Certificate.
• Plumbing & Heating HVQ Level 2 or 3
• Existing registration with a plumbing and heating certification scheme.
• Clean Driving license.
• Experienced in Chiller fault finding and repairs.
• 18th Edition (BS7671).
• IPAF / PASMA.
