We are looking to recruit an experienced domestic electrician qualified to provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations within social housing.

The work involves travel in the South East London area, with main postcodes including SE11, SE21, SE27 and SW9
.

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance works for social housing.
• Work to the scope of works on the PDA for each job.

• 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent electrician qualification).
• BS7671:2018 Wiring Regulations for 18th Edition.
• 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification.
• Full UK manual driving licence (not EU, not automatic).
• Own tools.
• Fully qualified and able to provide copies of certificates.
• Experience working in social housing.
• DBS certificate.
• ECS card – ideally.

Hours of work: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with call‑outs as required every four weeks. On‑call period is Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 1am (£35‑£50 per call out).
