The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Coach Mechanic / PSV Technician to join our team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking for a secure, well-paid role working on modern coach and PSV fleets.

You will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of coaches and PSVs, ensuring all vehicles meet DVSA and safety standards while maintaining high levels of reliability and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on coaches and PSVs

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment

Prepare vehicles for MOTs, inspections, and safety checks

Complete defect reports and ensure all work is recorded accurately

Respond to breakdowns where required

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures

Requirements
Proven experience as a Coach Mechanic / PSV Technician

Relevant Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle, PSV, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence (PCV licence desirable but not essential)

A positive attitude with a strong focus on safety and quality
