We are seeking a full-time Field Services Engineer to join our team in Leeds, on-site. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing high-frequency welding equipment at client facilities. Day‑to‑day tasks include performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, providing technical support to resolve equipment issues, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires regular on‑site visits and interaction with clients to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Experience and expertise in field service and preventive maintenance
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and providing effective technical support to resolve technical issues
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to work independently and manage on‑site service tasks efficiently
• Technical background or certification in engineering or related field is a plus
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Valid driver’s license for on‑site visits
