We are recruiting for a skilled Electrician to deliver high-quality maintenance, installation, and compliance services across residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing team with a strong focus on customer service and safety.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:

Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations
Complete compliance testing in line with industry standards
Diagnose faults and undertake pre-work surveys
Maintain accurate records, certification, and reports
Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
Manage tools, equipment, and van stock effectively
Participate in an out-of-hours rota when required

The successful Electrician will have:

NVQ Qualification in Electrical Installation
AM2 Qualification
Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installation
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to liaise effectively with tenants and stakeholders
