Location:
Leeds
Rate of pay: CIS: £23.50 per hour – price work available.
Responsibilities- Perform first‑fix electrical work on new‑build flats.
- Complete assignments on an ongoing basis for new‑build projects.
- Maintain high quality standards and adherence to safety regulations.
- JIB Gold Card or equivalent fitness to work.
- Experience in first‑fix on new‑build flats.
- Valid working references.
- Paid annual leave pro‑rata for PAYE, inclusive of statutory holiday.
- Weekly pay with a one‑hour resolution guarantee.
- Pension contribution after three months continuous service.
- Ongoing assignments.
