Plumber – HMP Leeds (LS12 2TJ
)
£30,866 – £36,135 + 15% weekend allowance + call‑out pay
39 hours per week
We’re looking for a Plumber to join our FM team at HMP Leeds – a stable, long‑term contract delivering essential services on site.
Hours39 hours per week
Mon–Thurs: 08:00–17:00
Fri–Sun: 08:00–16:00
The role- Planned & reactive maintenance
- Mains water supply repairs
- Water checks, sampling & risk assessments
- Identifying and replacing life‑expired equipment
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating
- Maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic IT skills
- Progression opportunities (Team Leader, Site Manager)
