Auto Door And Roller Shutter Engineer (Sub-Contract)

V7 Recruitment is working in partnership with a well‑established organisation in the fire, security, and access solutions sector. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking experienced Automatic Door Engineers to carry out service and maintenance work across the Yorkshire region.

• Carry out service and maintenance of automatic doors (swing, sliding, bi‑fold) and industrial doors (roller shutters, sectional overhead).
• Fault‑find and carry out repairs independently.
• Work independently in commercial or high‑traffic environments.

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining automatic doors and shutters.
• Ability to fault‑find and repair devices independently.
• Experience working in commercial or high‑traffic environments.
• ADSA and DHF qualifications are essential.
• DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.

• Hourly rate: £37 – £40 per hour (depending on experience).
• Location:
  
  Yorkshire region.
• Contract length: initial 6‑month contract with strong potential for extension (up to 2 years).
• Working pattern:
  Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities available.
• Payment: weekly.
