Multi skilled Electrician

Equans is looking for an Electrician to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis. This full‑time role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance work on homes and properties managed by the company. We offer a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.

• Carry out all types of repairs and maintenance work in a multi‑skilled environment allied to the electrical trade discipline.
• Complete repairs and maintenance in other trade disciplines where deemed competent.
• Attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and complete works on the first occasion, in one visit and within target times.
• Diagnose necessary remedial works, make appointments/arrangements and organise materials required.
• Remove or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon completion of any works.
• Assist in supporting the team to achieve KPI’s.
• Participate in the company’s out‑of‑hours emergency repairs and maintenance rota.
• Mentor and assist trainees, apprentices and other employees as required.

• City and Guilds (Electrical) or equivalent experience (essential).
• City and Guilds (Electrical) Inspection and Test or equivalent experience (essential).
• Relevant electrical qualification for the repair, installation and maintenance of electrical systems (essential).
• Full UK driving licence.
