Refrigeration Engineer

Salary

Up to £45,000

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, field‑based role covering a regional patch, carrying out service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems. The position offers excellent earning potential and paid travel time.

• Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration equipment
• Air conditioning equipment includes split and multi‑split systems
• Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently
• 1/8 call out + retainer
• Work on‑site across a variety of commercial environments
• Provide a high standard of customer service
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately

• Previous experience as a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer
• F‑Gas 2079 certification
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
• Experience with supermarket packs, cold rooms, and remote refrigeration systems (advantageous)

• Door‑to‑door travel paid
• 40‑hour working week
• Overtime available
• Company van, fuel card, tools and uniform
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy more)
