Position
Electrician - Leeds
Job OverviewPermanent role covering Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, York and surrounding areas. You will deliver a first‑class service to our properties, carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs in connection with all aspects of specialist trades and any secondary trades.

Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, York - Hours:
40 hours per week - Contract Type:
Permanent - Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime
- Vehicle:
Company vehicle provided (only for work use)
- Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across all properties.
- Work efficiently and complete tasks within required deadlines.
- Eligible to work in the UK and must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- 18th Edition regulator prescribed cable control certificate.
- 2391 Testing and Inspecting qualification.
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance required.
- Competitive salary with bonus scheme.
- Company vehicle (work use).
- Van and tools provided.
- Regular overtime.
