Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location:
Leeds
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with a leading facilities management company?
We're recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a busy commercial site in Leeds, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of electrical building services.
The Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining the electrical infrastructure of a prestigious commercial site, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Working as part of an established engineering team, you'll deliver high-quality maintenance while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Responding to reactive electrical maintenance tasks
* Fault finding and repairs on electrical systems
* Maintenance of lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and associated building services
* Completing maintenance records using a CAFM system
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and statutory regulations
* Supporting general building services maintenance when required
About You
* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Electrical Maintenance
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Experience with in commercial building maintenance or facilities management
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
