Position: FLT Driver - Days Only!!

Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a FLT Driver to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with an FLT Licence who enjoys working in a hands-on environment as part of a supportive team. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are processed accurately, stock is controlled effectively, and operations run safely and efficiently.Salary & Benefits:

Salary £30,000 (£16.48 p/h)
Bonus scheme
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (35 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately, safely and on time, ensuring all procedures are followed.
Safely load and unload vehicles using a counterbalance forklift truck.
Maintain accurate stock records in line with legal and quality standards.
Control packaged finished goods stock efficiently and accurately.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high housekeeping standards using 5S principles.
Work in line with company policies, procedures and health & safety legislation.
Assist with wider site duties as required to support the operational team.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous manufacturing warehouse experience (essential).
A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
A proactive, flexible approach with a positive attitude.
