• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs on commercial refrigeration systems
• Diagnose and rectify refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical faults across a range of customer sites
• Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure equipment is returned to service quickly and efficiently
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately using company systems
• Maintain excellent customer relationships while delivering a high standard of workmanship
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards

• Previous experience working as a Refrigeration Engineer within commercial refrigeration
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
