Avonside Energy is growing - and we're looking for hands-on, reliable Insulation Installers to join our expert team working on newbuild housing projects. With around 200 employees across 12 UK locations, we offer long‑term career stability, full training, and the opportunity to expand your skills across multiple product lines within a well established and supportive company.

• Installing high‑performance insulation (loft/cavity wall/timber frame) on newbuild housing sites
• Delivering consistent, high-quality workmanship on active construction sites
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a respected team
• Representing a company known for quality and professionalism

• Experience in insulation, drylining, or general construction (preferred)
• CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• A full UK driving licence
• Physical stamina to lift materials and work in physically demanding environments
• A team‑player attitude and readiness to learn

Occasional out of area work with fully funded overnight stays, if required. This is a "paid for productivity" role with on‑target earnings in excess of £35,000.
