Painter & Decorator
Pay:£20 per hour

We are looking for an experienced
Painter & Decorator to carry out works within social housing tenanted properties.
Duties include:
- Full internal decoration
- Painting (walls, ceilings, woodwork)
- Filling holes and making good
- Skimming where required
- General preparation and finishing to a high standard
- Paint and materials
- Your own tools (brushes, rollers, dust sheets, etc.)
- Own vehicle
- Proven experience working insocial housing / tenanted properties
- Ability to work neatly and respectfully in occupied homes
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Own tools essential
