GIPSIL is looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will support the upkeep, repair, and refurbishment of our property portfolio, helping us provide safe, high-quality homes for our tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day reactive and cyclical maintenance across GIPSIL properties
- Refurbish empty homes to meet Design and Quality standards as directed by the Project Co-ordinator
- Support the team in bringing leased properties up to Decent Homes standards
- Carry out a wide range of general property maintenance tasks
, including: - Basic joinery
- Plastering
- Decorating
- Plumbing
- Wall tiling
- Bricklaying
- Follow work schedules and deadlines
