I am looking for a Plumber Multi Trade to work for a social housing contractor based in Kettering on a 3 month contract with high possibility for extension. This role is £23 per hour and comes with a company van and fuel card.
The Pllumber Multi Trade will be responsible for:- Plumbing repairs in council propertiessuch as changing taps, toilets, basins and leak fixing
- 2nd fix carpentry such as door hanging, skirting boards and architraves
- Patch tiling and plastering
- Remedial brickwork
- Experience working in sociai housing previously
- NVQ or City & Guild in plumbing
- Clean & valid UK driving license
- £23 per hour paid weekly (CIS Available)
- Company van and fuel card
- 3 month contract with high possibility for longer
