An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join a long-established and growing specialist refrigeration contractor covering the Yorkshire area.

Established for over 20 years, the business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial refrigeration services to customers across the hospitality, leisure, retail and food service sectors. They pride themselves on investing in their engineers through ongoing manufacturer training, career development and a supportive working environment.

This is a varied role working on commercial refrigeration equipment only - no supermarket work. Typical equipment includes cold rooms, bottle coolers, ice machines, under-counter units, integral cabinets and walk-in refrigeration systems for pubs, restaurants, clubs, convenience stores and other commercial premises.

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration equipment
• Fault finding and diagnosis across a range of refrigeration systems
• Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns
• Providing a high level of customer service while working independently across the Midlands

• Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent
• NVQ/City & Guilds in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• F-Gas (C&G 2079 or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience working on commercial refrigeration systems

• Salary up to £48,500 depending on experience
• 42.5-hour working week
• Paid door to door
• 33 days holiday
• Ongoing manufacturer training and development
• 1 in 4 on-call rota
• Overtime available
• Company van and fuel card with private use
