Maintenance Gas Engineer – Leeds & Yorkshire Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Gas Engineer to carry out planned and reactive gas maintenance across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region
, covering both commercial and domestic sites. The role involves servicing, fault finding, repairs, installation, and compliance testing across a wide range of gas systems.

This is a varied field-based role with travel across multiple sites and participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota.

• Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial & domestic gas systems
• Fault finding, repairs, servicing, and installation works
• Gas safety checks, testing, and certification in line with Gas Safe regulations
• Work on boilers, heating systems, pipework, water heaters, AHUs, and radiant heaters
• Respond to emergency call-outs and helpdesk requests
• Produce quotations for repair and installation works
• Update CAFM systems with job progress and completion details
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and gas regulations
• Travel across Leeds, Yorkshire, and surrounding areas as required

• CCN1 (Core Gas Safety)
• CENWAT1 (Boilers)
• HTR1 (Gas Fires)
• COCN1 (Commercial Core Gas)
• Relevant ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (or equivalent)

• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
