Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Drinks Dispense Technician role based in Leeds. The role involves installing, maintaining, and servicing drinks dispense equipment at customer venues, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine checks, troubleshooting technical issues, replacing parts, and calibrating equipment for optimum product quality. The technician will respond to service calls, complete accurate records of work carried out, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues about any required repairs or improvements.

The role also includes following health and safety procedures, managing tools and spare parts, and supporting continuous improvement in service standards.
Qualifications

  • Experience with mechanical or electrical maintenance, ideally with drinks dispense, catering, or refrigeration equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate service documentation.
  • Basic IT skills for using service software, email, and digital reporting tools.
  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally to customer locations.
  • Understanding of, or willingness to learn, health and safety and food hygiene standards relevant to drinks dispense systems.
  • Relevant vocational qualification in engineering, electrical, mechanical, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a field service role is an advantage.
