Unite Students is seeking a proactive Multi Trade Operative to maintain safe, warm, and well‑presented student homes in Leeds North. You will work closely with Facilities Managers and peers, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related trades.
Essentially, hold a valid UK driving license, have general maintenance skills, and NVQ Level 2 in Electrical or related trades; additional qualifications are welcome.
