We're recruiting on behalf of a leading fire & security contractor who are growing their installation division and need an experienced, hands‑on Project Engineer to join the team.
What the role involves:You’ll be working away on installation projects across the UK, projectr managing, carrying out 1st and 2nd fix across fire, intruder, and CCTV systems. This isn't a service-and-maintain role — this is proper, project-based installation work with variety, challenge, and the satisfaction of seeing a full system come to life from first fix through to commissioning.
Systems you’ll be working with:
Gent Fire Alarm Systems, Intruder Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems
- Proven experience in fire alarm installation (essential)
- Ability to commission fire alarm systems (essential)
- Experience carrying out 1st and 2nd fix across fire, intruder & CCTV
- Gent system experience?
- You’ll go straight to the top of the list — but it’s not a deal breaker. Full Gent training is provided for the right person
- Comfortable working away on project sites
- Someone who takes ownership, works to a high standard, and doesn’t need hand-holding on site
- Salary up to £65,000
- 6 monthly bonuses
