Workshop Forklift Engineer - Leeds | Earn up to £42,000 + Van + Fuel card + Overtime = 1.5 + Training + Career Progression

Are you an experienced Workshop Forklift Engineer looking for a stable, well-paid role with excellent earning potential? We're recruiting for a skilled Workshop Forklift Engineer to join a busy and well-established operation in Leeds, working on a wide range of forklift trucks in a fully equipped workshop environment.

As a Workshop Forklift Engineer in Leeds, you'll be responsible for:
  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining diesel, gas, and electric forklift trucks
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
  • Carrying out planned maintenance and inspections
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high safety and quality standard
  • Preparing equipment ready for hire or customer delivery
We're looking for a Workshop Forklift Engineer with:
  • Experience working on forklifts or similar mechanical equipment
  • A background in engineering (NVQ/City & Guilds preferred but not essential)
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • A proactive and reliable approach to workshop operations
