Volker Highways is offering a full-time Level 2 Highways Maintenance Apprenticeship in Medway, starting October 2026. You will learn on the job while working toward a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification, attending college blocks with overnight accommodation provided.
You’ll join project teams across the south of the UK, gain practical site skills, and receive structured training, mentoring and a benefits package including pension, retail discounts and 23 days paid annual leave.
