Key Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings and training logistics, including scheduling, calendars, and virtual meeting setup
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute summaries or minutes
- Serve as a point of contact for the training unit, responding to routine inquiries and directing requests as needed
- Maintain electronic records and filing systems in accordance with agency guidelines
- Enter, update, and retrieve information in agency systems and tracking tools
- Use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for routine administrative and tracking tasks
- Maintain basic spreadsheets or logs to support reporting and coordination
- Assist with office and training-related support tasks, including supply ordering and expense documentation
- Learn new systems, software, and procedures as needed to support unit operations
One or more years of experience as an Administrative Support Assistant with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency; or four or more years of office or related clerical experience and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
Required Skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and comfort working in multiple systems
- Ability to learn new software and processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Missouri Office applications
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
- Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics
