Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing, privately owned business to add an Office Manager to its team. This is a highly visible role supporting company leadership while overseeing day‑to‑day office operations, coordinating administrative processes, and helping keep the business running efficiently. We’re looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a small business environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing office management, light accounting, client service, and HR coordination while serving as a trusted partner to leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows
  • Support leadership with project coordination, scheduling, and operational priorities
  • Manage invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and job costing
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and office visitors
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, employee records, and other HR administrative tasks
  • Track business metrics, maintain spreadsheets, and prepare operational reports
  • Supervise administrative staff and help improve office processes and efficiency
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, business operations, project coordination, or a similar role
  • Experience with invoicing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, or general bookkeeping
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
