Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. This role is responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors and staff.
Responsibilities- Greet all customers and guests in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Maintain the front desk area to be clean, organized, and welcoming
- Schedule appointments or direct customers to the appropriate department
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the dealership
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (automotive industry a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable using phones, computers, and office equipment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
