The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for managing the procurement of supplies, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the school. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to Christian values and ethical stewardship. (approximately 15 hours per week- more in peak seasons).

• Coordinate and process all school purchasing requests
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, invoices, and payments
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
• Work closely with administration, faculty, and support staff to meet purchasing needs
• Uphold the school's mission by conducting all transactions with integrity and accountability
• Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting related to purchasing

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing/accounting software
• Commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with the school's mission and values
