- Two years administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications which include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Type’s correspondence and reports as requested.
- Transcribes dictation when requested.
- Performs special projects in spreadsheet and or word processing.
- Prepares notebooks, manuals, and copies of handouts for distribution.
- Assists in maintaining cost-effectiveness by preventing waste of supplies.
- Assists in maintaining order and cleanliness of the office.
- Performs errands when needed.
- Receives sorts and distributes incoming mail.
- Performs Medical Staff Credentialing duties.
- Performs onboarding activities for new hires.

The employee must be able to lift and/or carry over 20 pounds on a regular basis and be able to push/pull over 25 pounds on a regular basis.
The employee must be able to stand and/or walk at least five hours per day.
