Our client is looking for a Quality Coordinator.

• Partner with LC Quality Operations colleagues to ensure compliance with all applicable company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.
• Maintain correct lot status within the Warehouse Management System.
• Provide oversight of labeling at 3PL.
• Assess temperature monitoring systems and coordinate the release of incoming products based on assessments. Assist in ensuring only released products are distributed to the market. Ensure proper material status (release, quarantine, hold, un-released, etc.) is assigned to each lot.
• Ensure materials are controlled (physically, electronically, and/or visually placarded) according to their assigned control status. Apply changes to Material Statuses communicated from manufacturing plants in real time.
• Assist with training LC personnel on quality or compliance topics.
• Contribute to the implementation, execution, and maintenance of Quality Systems within the ZTS Logistic network.
• Assist with assessments of Zoetis Quality Standards versus Logistics network SOPs.
• Participate on the Process Assessment Team (PAT).
• Update training curriculums and materials as required.
• Assist with review of Pest Control and Cleaning activities within ZTS Logistics Network.

Required:

• Associates degree in Biology or related field.
• 1-3 years of previous experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably in Quality and/or Compliance fields.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices, health regulations, CFR, cGMPs, and compliance requirements.
