iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Legal team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources,

information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.

This shared-services company supports the IMI business units and provides a uniform, employee-based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. This mentality aligns with our employee-owned company so that all personnel take an owner’s mindset approach to our business. iSuite is headquartered in Nashville, TN and has branches in Granite City, IL, Chesterfield, MO and Charlotte, NC.

We are currently looking for a Contract Manager to join our Legal team located at our headquarters in Granite City
. Our ideal candidate for a Contracts Manager is someone who has 5+
years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or paralegal work to build the infrastructure of our Legal function. This individual will help establish and scale how our team operates by designing and implementing contract lifecycle processes, tools, and workflows from the ground up. They are a strong cross-functional partner who can bridge legal and operations, bring structure to ambiguity, and proactively build systems that support both current contract volume and future growth.

Primary

responsibilities for iSuite’s Contract Manager include:
  • Building and maintaining the operational infrastructure of a new legal and risk including contract management systems, tracking tools, SOPs, process documentation, and reporting frameworks
  • Owning end-to-end contract lifecycle administration across the enterprise, from intake and routing through execution, renewal, and closeout
  • Serving as the primary liaison between legal and operations by monitoring contract workflows, flagging documentation issues and inconsistencies, identifying bottlenecks, and owning timely resolution
  • Supporting contract execution and matter management by incorporating attorney revisions into final documents, maintaining accurate contract tracking and reporting data, and assisting with preparation of contract summaries and qualification materials
  • Contributing to knowledge management and legal infrastructure by organizing resources, supporting training efforts, and developing tools and materials to improve team efficiency.
  • Depending on experience, participating directly in contract review, redlining, and negotiation for a variety of agreements including NDAs, vendor contracts, and subcontracts
Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Contracts Manager include:
  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or paralegal work, with demonstrated ownership of contract processes or workflows.
  • Construction industry experience strongly preferred; candidates with transferable experience in a complex, high-volume commercial environment will be considered
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) concepts, processes, and tools
  • Experience supporting legal department operations, process development, or legal technology is a differentiator
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to build scalable systems and document them for broader team adoption
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a track record of identifying gaps and building solutions independently
  • Strong communicator able to effectively engage all stakeholders across all levels of the business, from field teams to senior leadership
Compensation and Benefits:
