Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, responsible for optimizing and analyzing the supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the timely delivery of products. This role involves detailed data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Title: Senior Supply Chain Analyst
Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Monday-Friday;
Standard hours of operation
Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000 annual (experience based compensation)

Key Responsibilities- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure alignment and efficient operations.
- Utilize advanced analytics and software tools to forecast demand, manage inventory, and plan production.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
- Lead and participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at process improvement and cost reduction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or related areas.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Professional certification such as CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM is preferred.
