Description
The Senior Associate, Business Development is responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability. This position establishes and develops client relationships and works with recruiters to fulfill open job orders. It also collaborates with stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and on time.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain target list and develop client relationships.
- Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, “ad calls,” skill marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
- Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
- Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business and planning daily activities.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross‑sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.

- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 0–18 months technology sales or staffing experience required.
- Active member of the IT community and networking groups is a plus.
In office. Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.
Travel RequirementsLess than 5% (almost no travel).
BenefitsSalary Range: $50,000–$70,000 USD. Eligible for incentive compensation programs based on performance targets; discretionary bonuses; medical, dental, vision; and 401(k) retirement plan.
