At Precision AQ, our Program Managers play a critical role in delivering high‑impact medical communications programs that bring science to life. This role is uniquely focused on event‑driven engagements, including advisory boards, steering committees, and symposia across a range of therapeutic areas.

You will be at the center of execution—partnering with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of complex, high‑visibility programs. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy problem‑solving, and excel at bringing order to complexity, this role offers strong visibility, growth, and impact.

About You
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple complex programs with competing timelines
  • Energized by live and virtual event execution
  • A proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and drives solutions
  • Strong communicator who can confidently interface with clients, HCPs, and internal stakeholders
  • Detail‑oriented, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across logistics, budgets, and timelines
  • Collaborative and enjoys working cross‑functionally in a team‑based environment
About the Role

As a Program Manager focused on events, you will lead the planning and execution of advisory boards and other HCP engagements, ensuring all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

You will partner closely with Strategic Account Directors, Scientific Directors and Program Coordinators to manage workflows, budgets, and logistics across multiple programs. This includes ownership of timelines, vendor coordination, medical/legal/regulatory processes, and financial tracking. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a seamless experience from planning through execution.

This role combines project management excellence with event execution expertise, requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage both strategic priorities and day‑to‑day logistics. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall program success and client satisfaction.

Required Experience
  • 3–6+ years of experience in program/project management within medical communications, pharma or healthcare‑related industries
  • Demonstrated experience managing live and virtual events, including advisory boards, symposia, or similar engagements
  • Strong experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams (medical, strategy, creative, accounts)
  • Client‑facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of MLR processes and compliance requirements in pharma
  • Ability to manage vendors, venues and logistics for complex programs
  • Experience supporting congress planning, symposiums and large‑scale HCP events
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex) and hybrid event execution
  • Experience with financial tracking tools, forecasting and revenue management
  • Exposure to multiple therapeutic areas or high‑science content environments
