Project Manager​/Estimator

Overview

We are partnering with a well-established commercial and industrial construction firm to identify an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to support continued growth across Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa.

This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in design-build environments, understands metal building systems and steel construction, and is comfortable owning projects from pre-construction through closeout.

The Project Manager / Estimator will oversee commercial and industrial construction projects with a strong emphasis on pre-engineered metal buildings, steel erection, and design-build delivery. This individual will play a key role in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating all project stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

• Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Lead or support estimating efforts, including budgeting and cost controls
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards

• Proven experience in commercial and industrial construction project management
• Strong exposure to one or more of the following:
• Pre-engineered metal buildings
• Steel structures and steel erection
• Design-build project delivery
• Solid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing field execution
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Engineering background or exposure to PE-led environments is a plus, but not required

Salary: Competitive Package, dependent on experience. Compensation structure is flexible for the right candidate
