As the Full Time Graphic Design and Multimedia Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day design operations, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of designs. As the resident in-house designer, editor and planner, you will collaborate closely with the team in developing and executing designs and design strategies.

To accomplish this, you will work with a small, cross-functional team, including product managers, and researchers, putting you at the centre of the action.

We’re looking for an experienced designer who is excited and eager to work with the team to drive our design initiatives forward.

You do not need crypto knowledge, though it would be a bonus.

This would mean being specifically responsible for:

- Artwork (thumbnails, article cover, etc) - Social graphics (instagram timeline posts, instagram story posts, etc) - Email graphics
- Ad banners
- Video editing
- Illustrations (for landing pages) - Animations
- Landing page UI/UX
- Product design (app). You must understand consumer psychology and have experience with all of the regular editing tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Figma, etc) and have a setup ready to go.

• 5+ years design experience, editing abilities with a strong sense of design principles.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology
• Expert level with required tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Figma, etc
• Excellent skills in design, editing, communication, decision making, organisational and leadership.
• Detail-oriented and timely deliveries.
• Experience developing and building brands with a niche, targeted audience.
• Track record commissioning and producing world class, engaging designs.
• Experience building engaged audiences that drive business results.
• A passion for staying informed about industry news and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
