EXPERIENCED Debt Collection Agent

Do you have EXPERIENCE as a Debt Collector working in a fast‑paced call center environment, assisting consumers through setting up a payment process? Then we need you!

SEEKING applicants with DEBT COLLECTION experience to work in our Earth City office.

At Client Services, Inc. you will have work‑life balance with a set Monday – Friday schedule,
NO late nights and NO weekend work
. In addition to paid holidays, you will receive plenty of PTO.
Pay starting at $20 per hour and UP based on Experience! Of course, the MORE EXPERIENCE you have the more we are able to offer.

• Effectively and comfortably handle inbound and outbound calls to consumers regarding overdue accounts
• Utilize problem solving skills to find customer specific solutions in difficult situations
• Analyze consumer accounts and negotiate payment/settlement arrangements based on those analyses
• Ensure superior customer service through excellent verbal and written communication
• Notate and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information for consumer accounts

• 5+ years of collections experience in a high-volume contact center required
• Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills so you can connect with consumers over the phone and take clear notes in our computer system
